Vanessa's skills were forged from three careers: event planning, IT project management, and community development. She is passionate about stimulating economic, cultural, and environmental resilience in Northern communities. As a leader she blends creativity with pragmatism and an improvising spirit with carefully laid plans.

Jack Ewers, Community Consultant

Jack is a language-learner and radio personality who is interested in the way that language shapes (and is shaped by) communities, history, and politics. He is a native Fairbanksan that seeks to expand access to formal and informal education using such platforms as the classroom, radio, video, and public performance.
